National Landscape Architecture Month is here!

We are following the ASLA theme of, “Discover Careers in Landscape Architecture.”  We will be celebrating with public outreach activities to school-age children and educators about the profession.  We will have a Career Day tour of landscape architecture firms for high school students at the Coon Rapids H.S., Anoka H.S., Andover H.S., Blaine H.S., Champlin Park H.S., and STEP on Tuesday, April 28th.  The firms of ATS&R, Damon Farber Associates, and Hoisington Koegler Group have agreed to promote the profession and show the students what landscape architecture is all about. 

There is still time to connect with our local communities and give a better understanding of what we do as landscape architects.  If you have a student in a school, or live near a school, please consider sharing your time promoting our profession.  Presentation materials are available, please contact Ben Sporer at bsporer@landform.net.
